Senior Manager, Research & Consultancy

Description:
- Developing, directing and managing the business of the Real Estate Research Department which include but not necessarily confined to real estate research services, development consultancy work and key accounts servicing
- Building close network contacts with developers and various government bodies
- Conduct property market studies or various property submarkets
- Conduct presentations on property market study for respective clients

Requirements:
- Possess Degree in Real Estate / Property Management / Town Planning, Business Studies
- At least 4-5 years working experience in similar position
- People management skills, able to lead a team and encourage team work
- Possess network contacts with developers and various government agencies
