1. Senior Associate / Associate - Information Technology (SS2)
Responsibilities:
* Hardware and Software Support (PC applications).
* Ensure hardware and software inventory is up-to-date.
* PC hardware and PC peripheral support and configuration.
* Basic network connectivity setup and troubleshooting.
* Build, configuration and installation of PC and related peripherals.
* Check on network equipments to ensure smooth running before the trading starts.
* Setting customer expectation and managing customer education.
* Compliance with IT Security Standards and Policy and system development standards that may be affecting the Company's businesses and the securities industry from time to time as may be introduced thereto.

Requirements:

* A Degree in Information Technology or equivalent will be an advantage
* 1 - 2 years working experience in Desktop Applications and Local Area Network (LAN) support
* Experience in supporting office automation software such as MS Office, MS Outlook and various Windows platforms is essential
* Experience in PC troubleshooting
* Experience in PC hardware, peripheral support and configuration
* Experience in printer setup / configuration and troubleshooting
* Experience in Broker Front-end system (BFE) is an added advantage
* Good verbal communication skills
* Able to handle difficult end users
* Able to work in a team, self-driven, responsible and proactive
* Able to respond quickly to customer issues and managing customer's expectation

2. Senior Associate / Associate - Group Information Technology (Business Analyst)
Responsibilities:
* Perform all aspects of systems development such as requirements gathering, analysis, preparing functional specifications, system testing, preparing user guide and system support as assigned under the direction of project managers
* Work closely with developers to understand user's requirements and conduct studies to ensure0 requirements are met
* Produce quality system delivery by utilising best practice methodology and technology
* Document all system specifications, modifications and enhancement
* Query, develop and maintain code using PL/SQL
* Problem analysis of system bugs

Requirements:

* Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
* Minimum 1 or 2 years working experience
* Fresh graduates with strong academic credentials are encouraged to apply
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Strong team player and able to work under pressure to meet project delivery timelines
* Ability to adapt to changes in fast paced environment and embrace new technology
* Task estimation and scheduling
* Good written and spoken communication skills

3. Executive Secretary
Responsibilities:
* Provide secretarial duties to the director in meeting his day-to-day responsibilities such as arranging for meetings, appointments, travelling, taking minutes of meetings, attending to internal and external correspondence as well as to follow through on specific actions that need to be taken
* Manage the personal driver on his duty roster, claims and leave application

Requirements:

* Must possess a Diploma in Private Secretaryship (PSC)
* A minimum 3 years of experience as secretary to senior management
* Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia is fundamental
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Pleasant personality with strong organisational and good interpersonal skills would be an added advantage
* A self starter, team player and one who thrives on working in a challenging and fast paced environment

4. Senior Associate / Associate - Business Process
Responsibilities:
* Assist team leader with ongoing process reviews and improvement exercises including identification of areas for improvement
* Development and implementation of action plans
* Develop documentation for policies, guidelines and operational manuals
* Assist to coordinate submissions to regulatory bodies

Requirements:

* Degree in Finance / Business Administration / Commerce or any related discipline
* Minimum 1 year working experience in related field
* Candidates with some project management experience will have added advantage
* Possess good analytical, report writing, presentation and communication skills
* Strong commitment and initiative
* Able to handle pressure and meet deadlines
