Archright (M) Sdn Bhd is dealing with GoodARCH corrective arch support sets to provide a holistic with scientific approach of health-care. The company is located at Sri Petaling with 3 branches throughout Malaysia and a sister company in Singapore. With the expansion of business to nationwide and worldwide, the company is looking for more suitable candidates to join the team.

1. IT Senior/Junior Executive
Work Location : Sri Petaling
Responsibilities:
•Maintenance for PCs, Servers, Network Printer, and Intranet.
•Responsible for supporting operating systems, databases and system utilities.
•Responsible for routine and scheduled IT related tasks.
•Provide technical support, maintenance and troubleshooting of PCs and related hardware.
•Software installation, setup and configuration, tuning and applying patches.
•Coordinate with vendors, application developers, network and security specialists and operators for successful implementation of projects.
•Maintenance of company home website.

Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
•Exposure in network administration, technical support, hardware and software support, and troubleshooting.
•Good knowledge in Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7) and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
•Knowledge in web design, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, SQL, ASP.NET will be an advantage.
•Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
*Hostel will be provided for those who need the accommodation

2. Activities & Publication Executive
1. Ability in arranging activities and events related matters, include: venue booking,
    ticket arrangement, preparation on materials and negotiation with supplier
2. Arrangement on activities include: venue booking, ticket arrangement, preparation
    on materials
3. Arrangement on visual aids: arrangement on advertisement and promotion tools,
    copywriting and proofreading
4. Preparing information analysis for A&P budget and planning
5. Assist in overall A&P department related matters
6. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Marketing or
   equivalent.
• Must be willing to work in Sri Petaling and posses own transport
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight dateline
• Outgoing personality with good communication skills


3.Branch Admin
Responsibilities:
• Maintain document flow in the Sales Office
• Deliver product information to potential customer when necessary
• Provide support to activities organized by Activities & Publication Department

Requirements:
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in service industry
• Posses own transport
• Passionate in service industry
• All races are encouraged to apply


4.Personal Assistant to MD
Responsibilities:
• Liaise & follow up on all business and work related matters
•Draft memos, letters, minutes & all business correspondence
•Arrange & schedule appointments, meeting and handle all private & confidential matters relating to Managing Director
•Liaise & work with all HODs to ensure that all deadline and commitments are followed through & complied with

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial, Mass Communication, Business Studies, Administration or Management or its equivalent.
•Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
•Computer literate with good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu
•Good interpersonal communication with proactive personality.
•Matured, attentive to details, organized and able to multi-tasks, be resourceful with good common sense.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday : 11.00am - 8.00pm
Saturday : 11.00am – 6.30pm (alternate Saturday)
