1. POSITION : Portal Analysts
Role synopsis
The Integration and Data Centre is the organization within the Integrated Solution Delivery Centre (ISDC) which builds and maintains the BP Intellectual Property in the integration, enterprise data and portal services, and governs the support of those processes by Enterprise Applications solutions.

The Integration Services team is responsible for:
• Advice on implementation & integration, SAP XI/PI , SAP Enterprise
Portal (SAP-EP) SAP SLD, Managed File Transfer, EDI configuration & development,ETL,
DC, Scheduling, Archiving, custodian of best practices, management of shared
integration environment(s),
• Life-cycle management (inc. 3rd line production support) for the production
and project landscapes.

2. POSITION : Capacity & Availability Analyst
Role Synopsis :
The Business & Systems Support Services (B&SS) team deliver and manage a suite of common processes and services for Enterprise Systems, based upon the ITIL framework. The B&SS team in ES aims to deliver a stable and highly reliable suite of applications, based mainly around the SAP application suite.

Within B&SS, the Operational Integrity team is responsible for:
• The management of service delivery risk
• Taking an end-to-end view of service delivery, consolidating data from
IBM and GOI to understand the user experience
• Working closely with counterparts in GOI and IBM to undertake cohesive
recovery, risk management, reporting and capacity plans

3. POSITION : Service Level & Performance Process Manager
Role synopsis :
The Business & Systems Support Services (B&SS) team deliver and manage a suite of common processes and services for Enterprise Systems, based upon the ITIL framework. The B&SS team in ES aims to deliver a stable and highly reliable suite of applications, based mainly around the SAP application suite.

Within B&SS, the Operational Integrity team is responsible for:
• The management of service delivery risk
• Taking an end-to-end view of service delivery, consolidating data from
IBM and GOI to understand the user experience
• Working closely with counterparts in GOI and IBM to undertake cohesive
recovery, risk management, reporting and capacity plans

4. POSITION : Security & Access Analyst
Role synopsis :
The Business & Systems Support Services (B&SS) team deliver and manage a suite of common processes and services for Enterprise Systems, based upon the ITIL framework. The B&SS team in ES aims to deliver a stable and highly reliable suite of applications, based mainly around the SAP application suite.

Within B&SS, the Operational Integrity team is responsible for:
• The effective management of all problems, incidents, and events working
closely with IBM and GOI to restore adversely impacted operations back to normal
service as quickly as possible
• Assuring activities such as root cause analysis and trend analysis are
performed over problems, incidents, and adverse events such that permanent fixes
to problems, incidents, and negative events are found and implemented
• The central co-ordination of service requests, to ensure timely fulfilment
and manage exceptions
• Monitoring compliance to corporate security policies and regulatory
guidance with regards to user access and broader information security matters
• Coordinating with the Service Desk management team and outsourced Service
Desk provider, collating and consolidating data to produce and communicate cohesive
Service Reporting

5. Position : Release Analyst
Role synopsis :
The Business & Systems Support Services (B&SS) team deliver and manage a suite of common processes and services for Enterprise Systems, based upon the ITIL framework. The B&SS team in ES aims to deliver a stable and highly reliable suite of applications, based mainly around the SAP application suite.

Within B&SS, the Service Transition team is responsible for
• Responsible for the successful introduction of all types of change into
the production environment
• Ensures that all necessary due diligence has been performed to ensure
that the risk of change implementation has been mitigated
• Acts as the gatekeeper for the production environment, working closely
with GOI, ISDC and IBM to ensure changes are successfully implemented
