R & D Executive
- Diploma / Degree in Food Technology / Science or other related qualification
- Minimum 2 years working experience in food manufacturing environment
- Able to plan and execute the Company’s strategic development projects towards continuous improvement and growth
- Participate in the planning, implementation and enforcement of the Company’s Quality Management System
- Responsible for planning and coordinating R & D work
- Plan and coordinate with marketing on the supply, nature and quality requirements of further processed products
- Able to work independently and supervise a team of R & D team
- Initiative, self motivated, and must be result oriented
- Familiar with local food regulations
- PC literate with good communication and interaction skills
- Knowledge in HACCP, ISO 9001, GMP and Halal

Technician
- Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience with related field in manufacturing environment.
- Self motivated and able to work independently and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to work on shift.
- Good understanding of mechanical design/construction.
- Knowledge of mechanism, machine tolerance, forces, transmission, alignment, measurement of mechanical parts

1. Skills based questions

2.Knowledge based questions

4.Problem solving questions

5.Interpersonal skills questions

6.Assessing job interview questions

Practice

Get Ready

Be On Time
• Be on time for the interview. On time means five to ten minutes early. If need be, take some time to drive to the office ahead of time so you know exactly where you are going and how long it will take to get there.

Stay Calm
• During the job interview try to relax and stay as calm possible. Take a moment to regroup. Maintain eye contact with the interviewer. Listen to the entire question before you answer and pay attention - you will be embarrassed if you forget the question!

Show What You Know
• Try to relate what you know about the company when answering questions. When discussing your career accomplishments match them to what the company is looking for.

Follow Up
• Always follow-up with a thank you note reiterating your interest in the position. If you interview with multiple people send each one a thank you note.
