COMBAT was formed in 1975 to engage mainly in the business of paint line engineering and supplying painting services to automobile industry .
The company has three plants located at Batang Kali Selangor, Gurun Kedah and Tanjung Malim Perak.

FACTORY MANAGER (Batang Kali)
Responsibilities
- Supervise the quality control, fabrication and store divisions.
- Handle day-to-day operation of the fabrication in the factory.
- Review incoming and outgoing stock activities. Ensure quality control processes are adhered at all times.
- Maintain machineries and calibrate equipment as per schedule.
- Maintain a good teamwork spirit, and provide necessary training and motivation plans to employees.
- Develop a good maintenance by controlling the store and proposing order point of spare parts.
- Direct and coordinate factory operations within company policies and procedures.
- Control the factory’s administrative work.
- Perform other function and/or assignment as required by the management.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in engineering or any other related engineering field
- Preferably 5 -7 years working experience in the related field with good supervision skills within the department.

PROJECT ENGINEER (Selangor – Sg Buloh)
Responsibilities :
- Determine resource requirements (manpower, equipment and materials) of projects, based on project specifications.
- Involve in partial design and provide technical support to project team.
- Liaise to designer, engineer, and contractor to ensure smooth implementation of project.
- Supervise various aspects of project activities to ensure timely implementation of the project.
- Supervise in-house and subcontractor fabrication quality and resolves issues encountered.
- Attend and conduct meetings with customer and subcontractor on project progress and issues.
- Identify, evaluate and manage manpower for site installation implementation.
Requirements :
- Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years experience in engineering or project management.
- Excellent in planning, motivating and leading team and good experience in policy and project implementation.

BUSINESS AND DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER (Batang Kali)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the business development with existing and potential customers to achieve sales target & market share. – identify, manage and secure existing and new account and continue to maintain a high level of sales achievement.
- Provide after-sales service. Ensure the meeting of sales targets and generation of revenue.
- Delivering sales presentations and close sales in a professional and effective manner.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales – Engineering/ Technical with business development experience in automotive industry.
- Possess technical knowledge on car painting / coating to gather requirements from customer.
- Strong problem solving & analytical skills.
- Provide excellent customer services and build solid relationship with existing customer.
- Display excellent communication skills, result oriented and able to handle customers of various backgrounds.

HR ASSISTANT (Selangor – Sg Buloh)
Responsibilities :( Human Resources)
To assist in training administration.
- To assists in foreign workers documentations.
- To assist the Executive in Monthly HR Report and Analysis.
- To ensure the employees adhere to company’s regulations and procedures.
Document Controls
- To assist Management Representative (MR) in developing, compiling & maintaining the ISO 9001: 2008 documentations.
- Input hardcopy data into the system & carry out verification on the data.
- Internal and external audit support and meet compliance and reporting dateline.
Requirements:
- A Diploma / Degree holder in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
- At least 1 year of related working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia language. Able to communicate in any Chinese dialect is preferred.
- Work independently and able to uphold private & confidential information.
- Experience in payroll, OSHA, foreign workers, Human Resource, and ISO 9001:2008 are preferred.
- Matured, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

ACCOUNT ASSISTANT (Selangor – Sg Buloh)
Responsibilities:
- To check unit price, addition, deduction, side & downward casting & matching of various source & supporting documents.
- To carry out coding of account head onto various source document and perform data entry
- To arrange for the printing of invoices, statement of account, official receipt, payment
- To keep records of stock in Sungai Buloh office and carry out coding of stock and perform data entry accordingly.
- To prepare management report, graph, bar chart and etc.
- To keep records of the motor vehicle monthly traveling mileage, upkeep motor vehicle and fixed assets.
Requirements:
Professional Certificate, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent. LCCI preferred.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1 year of related working experience with strong credit control ability.
- Dedicated, integrity, sharp analysis skill and effective communication skill are essential.
- Candidate with good business attribute and working knowledge of accounting software have the added advantage.

Purchasing Assistant & General Clerk (Selangor – Sg Buloh)
(Purchasing Assistant) Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Administration/ Management, Economics, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

(General Clerk) Requirements:
- SPM and above level with relevant working experiences would be an added advantage. Computer literate and well versed in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Familiar in administration work & knowledge in accounting/ purchasing system would be added advantage.
- Having good telephone and customer service skills. Start work immediately.
