Sales Executive (Decorative Paints)
(Johor Bahru Vacancy)
The Job:
- Appoint, support and provide value added services to Jotun Multicolor Centers
- Promote and achieve sales target for Jotun decorative products
- Promote Jotun Decorative Paints & Services to the Contractors and Painters market and develop new accounts
- Conduct presentations
- Interact well with Specifiers, Developers, Contractors and Painters

Requirements:
- Degree in related fields from a recognized University
- Preferably with minimum 3 years experience in sales/marketing in the building material & construction industry
- Good command of English
- Possess good interpersonal skills and able to carry out assignments with minimum supervision
- Highly motivated and able to work with minimum supervision

Branch Assistant
(Johor Bahru)
The Job:
- Order Management – to process and provide prompt and accurate feedback to customer and sales personnel
- Follow-up closely with relevant departments on outstanding orders to meet customer deadlines
- Maintain and monitor internal controls and flow of documents
- Assist in Branch Inventory Management
Requirements :
- Minimum SPM with 1 to 2 years experience in a related field
- Good communication skills and pleasant personality
- Computer literate and able to work in a team atmosphere

1. Skills based questions
These job interview questions are related to specific job skills outlined in essential criteria. Candidates are asked to give examples of their work, or outline their duties and performance in key roles.
2.Knowledge based questions

Practice

• Be on time for the interview. On time means five to ten minutes early. If need be, take some time to drive to the office ahead of time so you know exactly where you are going and how long it will take to get there.

Stay Calm
• During the job interview try to relax and stay as calm possible. Take a moment to regroup. Maintain eye contact with the interviewer. Listen to the entire question before you answer and pay attention - you will be embarrassed if you forget the question!

Show What You Know
• Try to relate what you know about the company when answering questions. When discussing your career accomplishments match them to what the company is looking for.

Follow Up
• Always follow-up with a thank you note reiterating your interest in the position. If you interview with multiple people send each one a thank you note.
