V.S. Industry Berhad, listed on the Bursa Malaysia in 1998 is the integrated industry specialist in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) with principal activities in plastic injection moulding and PCB assembly.
In line with our aggressive, rapid expansion and a new project (GMC), we seek dynamic and motivated individuals to apply for the below positions.

1. Production Manager (Assembly)
Responsibilities
- To plan, organize, direct and control manpower and equipment capacity to maximize utilization to meet the production schedules
- To ensure daily/monthly output is achievable
- To initiate problem solving and troubleshooting processes so as to reduce the production related problems and delays
- To generate production reports, update specifications and work procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics/Industrial Engineering
- At least 5 years of working experience in Assembly Line manufacturing
- Excellent management and leadership skills

2. Quality Manager
Responsibilities
- Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization
- Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved
- Maintaining awareness of the business context and company profitability
- Assessing the product specifications of the company and its suppliers and comparing with customer requirements
- Agreeing standards and establishing clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply
- Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures
- Identifying relevant quality related training needs and delivering training if necessary
- Supervising technical staff in carrying out tests and checks
- Responsible for products quality improvement, monitor, data analysis, review and drive for corrective plan
- Liaising with customers’ auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers’ specifications
- Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years of working experience in Assembly Manufacturing with specializing in Quality Control/ Assurance
- Strong leadership and presentation skills

3. Supplier Quality Manager
Responsibilities
- Define the process for growing effective partnerships with preferred suppliers (to drive optimal quality performance)
- Develop, implement and monitor early supplier quality development initiatives, including supplier performance management, supplier certification, process improvements, cost reduction, supplier quality audits, and selection activities that align with the company’s goals and objectives
- Liaise with supplier to develop supplier quality capability through supplier assessment and feedback
- Work with new and existing suppliers to ensure quality system improvements
- Assists in identifying, communication and resolving early stage supplier quality problems
- Understands, develop and facilitates plans for process control, capability and sustainability at the supplier
- Conducts Supplier Quality Audits of new suppliers when required to determine adherence to acceptable quality practices
- Conduct quick and efficient assessments of potential supplier quality systems
- Understand the quality cost delivery requirements of the business and external customer Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- At least 7 years of working experience in Assembly Manufacturing specializing in Quality Control/Assurance
- Strong leadership and presentation skills

4. Engineering Manager
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all engineering activities or operations in the company
- Knowledge in planning and review production process by efficient methods at economical cost
- Experience in assembly process and suggestion to reduce time process, economical method of production and supervises its application
- Monitoring and review ISIR document, BOM status and part drawing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics/Industrial Engineering
- At least 10 years of working experience in Assembly Manufacturing with 5 years in Managerial position
- Excellent technical skill in mechanical and electrical parts
- Strong in Management skill and complete net assembly process

5. Store Manager
Responsibilities
- To ensure the accuracy of materials transaction of monthly inventory
- To guide and ensure the system for overall store activities in good order
- Independent with ability to coordinate with others department towards achieving company policies
- Provide good leadership and able to identify training needs with the necessary skill and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management or any field
- At least 5 years of working experience in the material & store control (inventory) in manufacturing
- Excellent knowledge in MRP/SAP system
- Strong management skills

6. Purchasing Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of purchasers in daily functions
- Inventory control
- Get in material on time to meet production schedule
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management
- At least 5 years of working experience specialize in Purchasing/ Inventory/ Material & Warehouse Management in manufacturing
- Excellent knowledge in ERP, Management, Purchasing and Inventory Control

7. Sourcing Manager
Responsibilities
- Identify, track and implement opportunities for Materials Cost Reduction
- Communicate and drive implementation of global strategies, market trend and negotiation prices/terms so as to provide internal customers with optimal supply assurance, pricing, flexibility, quality and delivery performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management
- At least 5 years of working experience in sourcing field
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
