Responsibilities:
- Manage HR department activities including recruitment, manpower planning, training and development, compensation & benefits and employee relations.
- Recruitment – identify and manage the manpower requirements with Department Head/Manager and business unit.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures and practices are implemented and executed in the company.
- Advise and assist the management team on implementation and conducting performance management system and KPI.
- Administer staff’s training including sourcing training providers according to Training Plan, administering HRDF claims, collating the training evaluation to ensure effectiveness of training.
