Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive
Work Location : Kelana Jaya, Selangor
Responsibilities
- Assist in group consolidation of financial management reports for property development division i.e; management accounts, profit and cash flow forecast and group fund position.
- Assist in reviewing and monitoring of Feasibility Study and to ensure that any changes in the layout plan, launching programme or development plan are to be updated.
- Assist in liaising with bankers and solicitors on loan application for new projects, loan documentation and loan disbursement.
- Assist in reviewing monthly management account and consolidation of ad-hoc report require by the management.
- Degree in Accounting.
- More than 5 years experience in property development industry
- Good analytical skills
Assistant Finance Manager (Corporate Finance)
Work Location : Kelana Jaya, Selangor
Responsibilities:
- To structure and plan of overall funding structure for the Group’s business activities.
- To plan, negotiate and oversee the execution of Corporate Finance exercises for the Group.
- To facilitate the management of cash flows, borrowings, forecasting and planning, and daily cash reconciliations management.
- To monitor and coordinate the progress of the Corporate Finance activities/exercises of the Group.
- To liaise with financiers, advisors and authorities on Corporate Finance matters.
- To analyze treasury needs and identify new funding opportunities for the Group.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking or equivalent.
- MIA/MICPA/ICAEW/ACCA/CIMA/CPA holder will be an added advantage.
- Deep understanding of financial and accounting reporting, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls/audits, general ledger and treasury functions.
- Minimum 3-4 years working experience.
- Possess excellent knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Possess good communication, interpersonal skills with a high level of integrity and communicate comfortably at all levels.
- Candidate must be independent, meticulous and meeting reporting datelines.
